I really need to get a job canvas print by David Armentrout. Bring your artwork to life with the texture and depth of a stretched canvas print. Your image gets printed onto one of our premium canvases and then stretched on a wooden frame of 1.5" x 1.5" stretcher bars (gallery wrap) or 5/8" x 5/8" stretcher bars (museum wrap). Your canvas print will be delivered to you "ready to hang" with pre-attached hanging wire, mounting hooks, and nails.

The title reveals the sentiment of the photo and the moment -- mine and his. I felt a tad guilty (not really) taking in this sight, while everyone else was at work. The anxiety of 8 months of unemployment left me. I also saw it as his sentiment -- staring out at the ocean, having spent the morning stacking rocks on the beach.
About David Armentrout
If I have to claim having a style, it would be "real." I know that I do not want to pride myself as a graphic artist. I want, as best as possible, to merely capture what beauty is before my eyes, put it in front of others as it is, and let their eyes and mind do the rest. I hope to convey how the scene felt to me, to try to "live up to the standard of great still photography, revealing the essence of a subject, not just its physical presence."
